Using the site
Esurranty is provided free of charge for personal, educational and entertainment use. You may read, link to and quote from the site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of lessons or articles, resell access, or present the material as your own.
Accuracy of content
Content is written with care and, where relevant, sourced. Even so, educational material can contain errors and accepted knowledge changes. The site is offered as-is, without warranty, and should not be relied on for professional, medical, legal or financial decisions. If you spot an error, please report it through the contact form.
Quizzes and scores
Quiz answers are marked on the server. Scores are provided for your own use and for the optional daily leaderboard. Attempting to manipulate scores, submit automated answers or interfere with the service is not permitted, and records may be removed.
Leaderboard nicknames
If you add a nickname to the daily leaderboard, it is displayed publicly alongside your score for that day. Do not use a real name, an email address or anything you would not want displayed. Nicknames that are offensive or impersonate someone else may be removed at the owner’s discretion.
Content you send us
Messages and corrections sent through the contact form may be used to fix or improve content. Do not send confidential information.
Third-party links
Articles cite external sources. Those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
Availability
The site may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Content may be moved between draft, review and published states, and individual items may be withdrawn.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site develops. The current version always applies.
